Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition to our platform.
- Monitor client accounts to identify upsell opportunities and ensure retention.
- Resolve technical issues and answer client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Conduct product training sessions for new team members.
- Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to improve user experience.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM database.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (optional for remote roles).
