Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate customer databases and records.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of market research data.
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and summary documents.
- Support the sales team with lead generation and outreach activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
