Responsibilities
- Delocate exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve inquiries using our knowledge base and CRM tools
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce/Zendesk
- Collaborate with team to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed customer satisfaction and efficiency metrics
- Participate in ongoing skills workshops
- Support product launches and process improvements
Qualifications
