Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store standards
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training
- Support inventory management and stock organization
