- Respond to resident inquiries via phone, email, and in-person support
- Assist with utility bill payments and service registration processes
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system

- Maintain organized filing systems for client documentation
- Support community outreach initiatives on weekends (optional)
Qualifications

- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (25+ WPM)
