Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve technical issues and provide product support using our proprietary CRM system
- Document interactions accurately in our ticketing system for quality assurance
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues efficiently
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including response times and resolution rates
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and service techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 0-2 years of customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and quick learning of new software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
