- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism
- Resolve basic service issues using our proprietary knowledge base system
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM platform
- Collaborate with team members to address complex customer needs

- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires!
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn new software
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work 40 hours per week with reliable attendance
- Fluency in English (Spanish a plus)
