Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution to resolve it.
- Accurately record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our internal database (CRM).
- Educate customers on our products and services, ensuring they understand how to maximize their value.
- Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding current promotions and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
