Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist customers with product information, account troubleshooting, and order processing.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Provide a positive and professional brand experience for every customer contact.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Able to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
