Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Manage inbound and outbound customer calls and emails to resolve inquiries, process orders, and provide product information.
- Problem Resolution: Identify customer needs and troubleshoot issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Account Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM database.
- Sales Support: Assist in cross-selling and up-selling products/services to meet team revenue targets.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and support staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report trends to management to help improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior customer service experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Software: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software (learning provided).
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including occasional weekends or evenings.
