Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a professional and positive tone.
- Resolve complex client issues efficiently by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers to drive sales.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to meet monthly and quarterly team targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM database.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new entry-level team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as business needs require.
- Basic computer proficiency with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
