Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure high retention rates and satisfaction scores.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations and complex inquiries.
- Conduct regular check-ins and strategy sessions to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with the product and technical teams to relay client feedback and feature requests.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relations.

- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
