Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications via phone, email, and fax.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars for department heads.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and general correspondence.
- Assist in office supply management and basic inventory control.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.
