Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with corporate objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Author thought leadership reports and briefings for executive stakeholders
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical technology adoption and governance
- Present strategic visions to investors and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published research or patents in technology innovation fields
- Experience with technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
