Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis in quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AI governance
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging tech applications in healthcare, climate, and fintech
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and government bodies for tech acceleration
- Present disruptive technology strategies to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI analysis and risk mitigation frameworks
- Champion ethical technology adoption through our 'Responsible Innovation' framework
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, venture capital, or R&D leadership with proven 2026+ vision
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/climate tech)
- Executive presence with successful history of scaling innovation from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with PhD preferred
