Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize quantum algorithms for cryptography and machine learning applications
- Collaborate with quantum hardware engineers to implement algorithms on superconducting qubits
- Lead research initiatives in post-quantum cryptography standards (NIST PQC)
- Design hybrid quantum-classical neural networks for enterprise AI solutions
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive quantum literacy across departments
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Experience with quantum error correction protocols
- Published work in quantum computing or cryptography
