- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum security protocols
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused KPIs
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on next-gen tech incubation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and data sovereignty
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals on future tech topics
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with patent prosecution and intellectual property strategy
- Validated ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
