Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or product development.
- Roadmap Mastery: Demonstrated history of successfully delivering multi-year technology roadmaps and leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to think 5-10 years ahead and translate abstract concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing engineering and product teams.
- Tech Stack Fluency: Deep understanding of current and emerging tech stacks, including Cloud Architecture, AI/ML, and SaaS ecosystems.
