Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for Project 2026, aligning technical milestones with high-level business objectives.
- Lead the architecture and development of scalable, high-performance software solutions using cutting-edge frameworks.
- Drive the strategic integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning into core business processes to enhance efficiency.
- Build and mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Identify emerging market trends and emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Web3) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Establish rigorous security protocols and compliance standards for all 2026 strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or strategic technology leadership.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Expertise in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in AI/ML implementation, data-driven decision-making, and scalable system design.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business value for stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred.
