Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive AI strategy for 2026, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research initiatives focusing on next-generation LLMs, RAG architectures, and multimodal AI systems.
- Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI ethicists.
- Product Integration: Collaborate with product teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into core enterprise products.
- Ethics & Compliance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI, ensuring safety, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing AI/ML projects.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of transformer architectures, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and modern MLOps practices.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying emerging trends and translating them into successful product roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving large-scale, ambiguous problems.
