Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the development and execution of our long-term strategic roadmap, specifically focusing on breakthrough technologies expected to dominate the 2026 landscape.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends, regulatory shifts, and consumer behavior to predict market opportunities and threats for the 2026 timeframe.
- Strategic Planning: Design and oversee complex initiatives that integrate AI, quantum computing, and sustainable energy into scalable business models.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate intricate future strategies to C-suite executives and clients, translating technical foresight into actionable business value.
- Innovation Labs: Manage a cross-functional team of futurists, data scientists, and strategists to prototype and validate concepts for the future.
- Partnerships: Identify and forge strategic alliances with emerging tech firms and academic institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Management, Computer Science, or a related field. A PhD in a relevant field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate strategy, with at least 3 years focused on technology forecasting.
- Tech Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT, Web3) and their potential societal and commercial impact by 2026.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of translating high-level concepts into concrete, long-term strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, high-performing teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
