Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development of the company's 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Neural Interfaces.
- Translate complex market signals and technological capabilities into actionable product strategies and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Design) to prioritize initiatives that align with our long-term vision.
- Manage a portfolio of R&D projects, ensuring delivery timelines and resource allocation for 2026 milestones.
- Act as a thought leader, presenting the roadmap to stakeholders and investors to secure buy-in for ambitious tech initiatives.
- Establish partnerships with key technology vendors and academic institutions to drive innovation.
- Oversee the integration of predictive analytics into our core operational infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within Technology, AI, or Strategic Planning.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technical roadmaps (5+ year horizon).
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging tech trends relevant to 2026.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
