We are looking for a Director of Future Tech & 2026 Strategy to define the technological trajectory of our organization. In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between today's capabilities and the emerging technologies that will dominate the year 2026 and beyond. You will lead our innovation labs, drive AI integration, and ensure our infrastructure is ready for the future.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap.
- Lead R&D initiatives in Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Extended Reality (XR).
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align tech strategy with business goals.
- Identify and prototype disruptive technologies for market entry.
- Oversee the transition to next-gen cloud infrastructure.
- Manage a cross-functional team of futurists and engineers.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D.
- Proven experience in forecasting and strategic planning for the 2026+ era.
- Deep understanding of AI, Blockchain, and IoT ecosystems.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Experience managing innovation budgets and agile development cycles.
