You will lead a specialized R&D team, fostering a culture of radical innovation and technical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Develop and articulate the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with global business goals.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Proactively research and evaluate disruptive technologies (e.g., AGI, Quantum ML, Neural Interfaces) to assess their viability for commercial application.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performance team of futurists, engineers, and data scientists.
- Project Management: Oversee the lifecycle of innovation pilots, from ideation to successful deployment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts and future strategies to the Board of Directors and executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting.
- Education: Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Tech Fluency: Deep understanding of the technological landscape anticipated for 2026, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of identifying market gaps and executing long-term technology strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
