Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 AI and Machine Learning strategic roadmap for the organization.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research, development, and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI agents.
- Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their viability for integration into our long-term product ecosystem.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to allocate resources and define success metrics for future tech initiatives.
- Oversee the architecture of proprietary AI systems designed for scalability and security.
- Establish partnerships with key research institutions to stay ahead of the curve for the 2026 era.
- Mentor senior technical staff and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI research, or product strategy with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams in high-growth tech environments.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and Generative AI methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent frameworks.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is highly preferred.
- Strategic thinker with a keen eye for market trends and competitive analysis.
