Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols across enterprise systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Document troubleshooting processes and create technical documentation
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Manage incident response and disaster recovery procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (5+ years experience accepted)
- CompTIA Network+ and Security+ certifications required
- 3+ years experience with Windows Server and Active Directory administration
