- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints by providing effective solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the logistics and dispatch teams to ensure timely updates.
- Maintain and update customer records to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in training new team members and upholding company service standards.
- Prepare daily reports on customer interactions and feedback.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or logistics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation is required.
