Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain records in our internal database systems.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure 100% data integrity.
- Organize and file both digital and physical documents in a logical and accessible manner.
- Generate standard reports and invoices for management review.
- Assist the administrative team with various clerical tasks and ad-hoc projects.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Previous experience in data entry or general office administration is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily productivity targets.
