- Generate daily/weekly reports using Excel and internal software systems
- Collaborate with department teams to resolve data-related inquiries
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security protocols
- Train on new software tools and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of data entry or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Minimum 45 WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems a plus
