Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship consumer goods in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using barcode scanning systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and proper lifting techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Complete quality control checks before shipment dispatch
Qualifications
- 18+ years of age with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to stand/walk 8-10 hours per day with frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to 4550 E Pacific Coast Hwy, Long Beach
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new equipment
- Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
