Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package merchandise in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Participate in monthly safety training sessions
- Use inventory management software (training provided)
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly during shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to downtown Detroit facility
- No prior warehouse experience required (training provided)
- Must pass pre-employment background check
- Availability for morning/afternoon shifts (5am-2pm or 2pm-11pm)
