Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and inventory using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with safety protocols
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely delivery to retail partners
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with WMS systems or similar technology
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to the Commerce City facility
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
