Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, and packing operations with 99% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies in real-time
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures and technology
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software experience
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
