Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship products in a climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety procedures
- Process orders using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Assist in unloading trucks and verifying incoming shipments
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to the North Sacramento location
