Responsibilities
- Sort and organize incoming inventory with barcode scanning systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Pick/pack orders with 99% accuracy for e-commerce fulfillment
- Maintain OSHA compliance in high-volume warehouse environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on loading dock operations
- Complete daily cycle counts and inventory reports
- Support weekend surge operations during peak seasons
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/forklift experience required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (we offer free training)
- Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Reliable transportation to East Cleveland facility
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
- Willingness to work in temperature-controlled zones
