Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for hardware/software issues
- Deploy and configure network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Manage user accounts and permissions across Windows/macOS environments
- Document technical procedures and maintain asset inventories

Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in corporate environments
