Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Analyze complex issues and provide clear, step-by-step solutions to end-users.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and support tickets in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and resolve complex technical roadblocks.
- Conduct training sessions for new clients to ensure they maximize our platform features.
- Monitor system performance and proactively communicate potential issues to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or client relations.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite and basic knowledge of CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
