- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and resolve complex technical bugs.
- Maintain a high first-contact resolution rate and adhere to SLAs.
- Provide product training and guidance to new and existing customers.
Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience in a customer support or helpdesk role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
