- Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the setup process to ensure a seamless integration of our software solutions.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction rates.
- Account Management: Monitor client health and proactively reach out to address needs and prevent churn.
- Data Analysis: Track key performance metrics and prepare reports to demonstrate value to stakeholders.
- Communication: Collaborate with sales and product teams to relay client feedback and feature requests.
- Training: Assist in the development of training materials and conduct onboarding sessions for new team members.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary; we value attitude and aptitude over tenure.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new CRM software.
- Availability: Must be available to start immediately and work on-site in Chicago, IL.
