Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product catalog and service policies.
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics and KPIs.
- Document customer interactions and update account information in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
