Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints by identifying root causes and providing effective solutions.
- Maintain and update accurate customer records in our CRM database after every interaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and information flow.
- Process returns, exchanges, and service requests in a timely manner.
- Document daily call logs and performance metrics to track team goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
