Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers in resolving product or service issues efficiently and professionally.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM software systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to develop problem-solving strategies for complex cases.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards during every interaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a corporate environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
