Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Process and verify customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely shipment.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Update customer records in the internal database system.
- Assist in training new hires on company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
