Responsibilities

- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to address complex issues and streamline workflows.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback to help improve our products and services.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone to different audiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
