Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by listening to their needs and providing effective, empathetic solutions.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in our internal CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve complex escalations.
- Stay current on product knowledge and company policies to provide reliable information to customers.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly tone.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (minimum 35 WPM).
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time hours (Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM).
