Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members.

Qualifications
