- Problem Solving: Listen to customer concerns and provide effective solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Document Interactions: Log all customer interactions and resolutions into the CRM system for accurate record-keeping and analysis.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery updates.
- Maintain Standards: Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide paid training.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Technical: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screen; must be punctual and consistent.
