Responsibilities
- Process incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet weekly distribution targets and operational goals.
- Update customer records in the database accurately and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in training new hires and provide mentorship to junior team members.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office Suite and warehouse management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
