- Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to enhance customer value.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full paid training upon hiring.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (speed 35+ wpm preferred).
- Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
