Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving technical issues and service requests with speed and accuracy.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and satisfaction surveys to gauge client sentiment and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the product and sales teams to communicate client feedback and drive product enhancements.
- Train and mentor junior support staff to ensure consistent service delivery across the board.
- Manage client onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition and immediate value realization.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client services, account management, or technical support.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and exceeding retention targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure during peak hours.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including some evenings to accommodate client needs.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
